Plus 18% tax (16% VAT & 2% bed tax)

4-night minimum stay (summer – 5/1 thru 10/31), 5-night minimum stay (winter 11/1 thru 4/30), 7-night minimum stay (holiday 12/15 thru 1/6)
Please note: The Villa is not suitable for children under the age of 18.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy: One night non-refundable deposit due once a confirmation number has been provided. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. 50% of the total stay is non-refundable for cancellations between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival. 100% of the total stay is non-refundable for cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival or for no-shows.

Holiday Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
50% of the total-stay deposit is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits and payments for Holiday Reservations are non-refundable including cancellations and no-shows. No credit can be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Group Reservation Deposits and Cancellation Policies:
